I've been on both sides of the hiring table.

I'm Manav. I've spent 15+ years leading teams and companies, from running a 200-person hospitality operation in Mexico to leading product at AI and tech companies. I've hired directors and VPs. I've been the person reading LinkedIn profiles and deciding in 10 seconds whether someone was worth a conversation.
