Partnerships · Career coaches

Build the cohort program
your audience is
asking for.

Grapevines partners with career coaches to design, launch, and deliver premium cohort programs. We bring the platform and the marketing infrastructure. You bring the audience and the methodology. Your clients get something most coaches can't offer.

No setup fees · No long-term contracts · You keep your audience

Section 01 · The opportunity

You have an audience. You have a methodology.
What you don't have is the
infrastructure to scale.

You built your practice the hard way: real client work, hard-earned methodology, an audience that trusts you. Now you're looking up at the next level and seeing three walls.

01

The infrastructure wall

Running a cohort takes a registration funnel, an email automation sequence, a content drip, a community space, a participant onboarding workflow, and a launch process. You don’t have most of that built. Building it from scratch takes months, and most coaches give up halfway through.

02

The deliverable wall

When you run 1:1 you can sit with a client for 90 minutes and walk out with a draft. When you run a cohort with 12 participants, you can’t sit with each of them. They need something to produce between sessions. Without that, the cohort feels thinner than what your 1:1 clients get.

03

The differentiation wall

Career coaches are everywhere. ChatGPT is free. The pressure on “why should I pay you” gets sharper every quarter. You need an offering that’s clearly more than templates and Zoom calls.

A partnership solves all three.

Section 02 · The partnership stack

Three layers, one offering.

01Your audience & brand
02Your methodology & coaching
03The Grapevines platform
Combined output
Your cohort program
  1. 01
Audience. The people who trust you and want to work with you.
  2. 02
Methodology. The frameworks, assessments, and live coaching only you can deliver.
  3. 03
Platform. The deliverables, depth, and marketing infrastructure to scale.

Your audience is who shows up. Your methodology is why they sign up. The Grapevines platform is what makes the cohort feel high-touch even at scale. None of the three works as well without the other two.

Section 03 · How the partnership works

From first conversation to cohort running,
in 4–6 weeks.

1
Week 1

Discovery

“Map your program.”

30-minute call to understand your audience, your methodology, and what you want to build. We come back with a draft partnership structure.

2
Week 1–2

Design

“Align your curriculum with Grapevines.”

We map each week of your program to a Grapevines deliverable. Your methodology stays the source. Our platform produces the raw material your participants work with.

3
Week 2–3

Build

“Co-build the launch infrastructure.”

Workshop framework, 3-week marketing runway, registration funnel, post-workshop close sequence. We build with you, not for you.

4
Week 4–5

Launch

“Run the workshop together.”

Free 60-minute workshop to your audience (and ours, when relevant). Joint delivery. Cohort enrollment opens at the end. 7–10 day close window.

5
Weeks 5–13

Run

“Deliver the cohort.”

You lead the live coaching. Participants use Grapevines between sessions. We monitor what’s working and stay close.

After cohort 1: we iterate together on cohort 2. By then you have a case study, an alumni community, and a launch playbook that runs faster the second time.

Section 05 · Inside the cohort

An example of how each week works.

This is one example, not a template. Your curriculum, your weekly themes, your methodology. We map Grapevines deliverables to whatever you teach.

Each week, your live coaching delivers the methodology. Participants use Grapevines between sessions to produce the deliverable. You review and refine in coaching. Nothing is mass-produced. Every output reflects the individual participant's positioning, story, and target role.

Section 06 · Your IP stays yours

Your methodology is the source.
Grapevines is the engine.

Yours
  • Assessments you’ve refined
  • Workbooks unique to your practice
  • Frameworks built over decades
  • Live coaching sessions
  • Your voice with your clients
feeds
Grapevines
  • Onboarding to target role
  • Per-participant deliverables
  • Outputs that fill your worksheets
  • Heavy lifting between sessions
  • Same narrative across every artifact

The coaches we partner with bring decades of work. Assessments they've refined. Workbooks they've built. Frameworks unique to their practice. Grapevines doesn't replace any of it.

If you have an assessment your clients complete, it stays yours. Grapevines onboards your clients around the target role they identify through your work. If you have workbooks for resume writing, interview prep, salary negotiation, or alumni follow-up, those stay yours too. Grapevines outputs feed into your worksheets, not the other way around.

The result: your clients get more depth per dollar because they have your methodology and a tool that does the heavy lifting between sessions. You get more leverage because you're not building deliverables from scratch every week.

Your IP is your moat. We amplify it. We don't compete with it.

Section 07 · Output quality

The difference between a tool and a thought partner.

Generic AI"Help me position this client"
"Results-driven marketing professional with 7 years of experience driving growth through data-driven strategies. Strong communicator with a track record of success in B2B SaaS."

Generic. No insight. Could describe anyone. The coach still has to do all the strategic thinking.

GrapevinesAfter analyzing career documents + positioning conversation
Positioning
“You’re not a marketing generalist. You’re a content-to-pipeline architect. Your pattern is building content operations that directly tie to revenue, which is rare at your level. Most content leaders optimize for vanity metrics. You optimize for pipeline.”
Bridge story
“7 years of turning content from cost center to revenue engine. At [Company], built the operation that generated 40% of qualified pipeline from zero organic presence.”
Insight the client didn’t see
“Your real differentiator isn’t ‘content strategy.’ It’s that you think like a revenue leader who happens to use content as the vehicle. Position for Head of Growth or VP Marketing, not Head of Content.”

Strategic insight. Pattern recognition. A starting point that elevates your coaching session.

Key differentiators from generic AI
  • +Surfaces career patterns and positioning insights the client (and sometimes the coach) didn’t see
  • +Analyzes JDs for what the role actually needs vs. what the posting says
  • +Researches companies and hiring teams so your client walks in prepared
  • +Calibrates to the individual client’s voice and communication style
  • +Maintains narrative coherence across resume, LinkedIn, outreach, and interview prep
Section 08 · The economics (shape, not numbers)

Higher leverage per hour. New revenue your 1:1 practice can't generate.

The 1:1 model has a ceiling. There are only so many hours in a week, and burnout caps your client list whether you want it to or not.

A cohort with Grapevines bundled in lets you do three things you couldn't before.

01
Charge more per client.A cohort participant gets coaching + workbooks + community + access to a strategic AI engine. That bundle commands a higher price than 1:1 coaching alone.
02
Serve more clients per hour. One coaching session with 12 participants delivers similar individual value because Grapevines fills the depth gap between sessions. Your live time scales without your hours scaling proportionally.
03
Build recurring revenue.Participants who finish the cohort and continue with Grapevines directly become a passive revenue layer alongside your next cohort.

The specific economics depend on your audience size, cohort pricing, and how deeply Grapevines is embedded. We walk through the math together on the call.

Section 09 · Trust & credibility

Built for career professionals.
Not a generic AI wrapper.

Security

Client data security

Your clients trust you with sensitive career information. We take that seriously.

  • Encrypted at rest and in transit
  • Never used to train public AI models
  • Each client profile is isolated. No cross-contamination.
  • You control what data is stored and when it’s deleted
Transparency

Not a black box

You can see exactly what the AI extracted, what it emphasized, and why. Every deliverable is editable. Nothing ships without your review.

AI handles the drafts. You make the decisions.

Purpose-built

Purpose-built

Grapevines isn't a generic AI tool with a "career" template bolted on. The positioning engine, voice calibration, fit analysis, and interview prep were built specifically for career transitions and professional storytelling.

Section 10 · Who this is for

Best for coaches who already have
the audience and the methodology.

Ideal for
  • Coaches with an established audience.A few thousand engaged LinkedIn followers, an email list, past clients who’d give testimonials. You don’t need 50K followers, but you need enough warm reach to fill a cohort of 12.
  • Coaches with a clear methodology.Frameworks you’ve refined, assessments you’ve built, workbooks you can deploy. Grapevines amplifies what you have. We don’t substitute for a methodology you haven’t developed.
  • Coaches ready to scale beyond 1:1.You’re hitting the time ceiling. You’ve thought about cohorts or programs. You haven’t been able to build the infrastructure to make it work.
  • Coaches willing to invest 4–6 weeks. That’s the window from first call to cohort running. Most of the work is upfront. Cohorts 2 and 3 run faster because the infrastructure is built.
Not designed for
  • ×Coaches still building their audience
  • ×Coaches without a methodology of their own
  • ×Life coaches, business coaches, or wellness coaches — our AI is trained on career positioning specifically
  • ×Coaches who want to outsource everything — the partnership is co-built, not done-for-you
Section 11 · FAQ

Common questions about the partnership.

How does the partnership work financially?
We structure partnerships to fit your situation. There are a few common shapes depending on your cohort size, audience, and how deeply Grapevines is embedded. We walk through the options together on the call once we understand what you’re building.
Do I need a huge audience to qualify?
No. We’ve seen successful partnerships with coaches who have a few thousand engaged followers. What matters more is engagement and trust than raw audience size. A 5K-follower coach with active comment threads and a real point of view fills a cohort better than a 50K-follower coach whose audience is dormant.
Can I use my existing frameworks and methodology?
Yes. Your methodology stays the source of truth. Grapevines outputs feed into whatever you teach. We map our deliverables to your curriculum during the design phase, not the other way around.
What does the time commitment look like?
Upfront, 4–6 weeks of co-building (~5–10 hours/week from you). The workshop itself is 60 minutes plus rehearsal. The cohort runs ~8 weeks, with you delivering the live coaching sessions you already do. Most of the heavy infrastructure work is one-time.
What happens after cohort 1?
Cohort 2 marketing starts ~6 weeks into cohort 1. By then you have testimonials, a case study, and an alumni community. The launch playbook is reusable. Most coaches see cohort 2 fill faster than cohort 1.
What if cohort 1 doesn’t fill?
We’re invested in making it fill. The partnership economics work for both sides only when the cohort runs. We’ll be in the runway, on the workshop, and in the close window with you. If it underfills, we iterate together on cohort 2.
Will my clients know they’re using Grapevines?
Yes. In the partnership model, participants get direct access to Grapevines as part of the program. They use it between sessions. You use it to inform your coaching. Most coaches frame Grapevines as part of their premium offering, alongside their own methodology.
